Our grantees leverage rigorous evidence, behavioral science, and technology to scale their impact in a cost-effective way. They work throughout the world, on everything from mental health and education to poverty reduction and livelihoods.

In this role, you will oversee the seamless execution of our grant-making and investment operations while also strengthening internal business processes. You will track key performance metrics, streamline workflows, and implement technology solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of social impact funding in a fast-paced, remote environment while contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Grant-making Oversight:

• Lead the end-to-end grant-making process, from marketing grant opportunities to grant closeout, ensuring all stages are executed efficiently and on time.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement technology solutions that streamline and automate key grant-making functions.
• Develop and manage protocols for screening, review, and technical due diligence of grant applications, ensuring consistency and adherence to established timelines.
• Facilitate meetings with grantees to provide updates, address concerns, and guide them through the award-making process.
• Organize and deliver onboarding sessions for new grantees, ensuring clarity around expectations and milestones.
• Maintain grant-making records (e.g. databases, listservs) and administer surveys for data collection.
• Create regular analyses and reports on grant-making outcomes, sharing insights with donors, stakeholders, and team members to maintain transparency and accountability.

Community Building:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, grantees, and potential investees, ensuring regular updates on The Agency Fund’s priorities, timelines, and processes.
• Maintain and update the investments page on the website, closely with internal teams to ensure information is accurate, transparent, and accessible.
• Plan and coordinate workshops, sprints, or networking events tailored to the needs and interests of grantees, fostering collaboration and capacity building.
