The accelerator program is structured around key weekly and monthly activities designed to support participants in integrating generative AI effectively:

• Monday updates: Organizations by focus area present updates on their generative AI projects to the entire cohort on a rotating basis (e.g. Maternal & Newborn Health orgs present one week and Agricultural Advisory orgs present the next), with a guest speaker featured once a month to share valuable insights across organizations.
• Wednesday office hours: OpenAI and The Agency Fund technical & behavioral science staff provide guidance to address specific challenges faced by awardees in integrating generative AI into their programs.
• Ongoing collaboration: Each awardee is paired with staff from The Agency Fund who embeds within their organization, offering technical expertise and hands-on collaboration to build solutions.
